Choose the Scope of Deconstruction

We offer small and large scopes of deconstruction and a wide range in between.

A one-day material salvage has a suggested expenses donation as low as $500 and a maximum tax deduction of $5000. A full deconstruction takes several weeks and involves most, if not all building systems in the structure. The tax deduction can be in the millions.

Obtain an Appraisal

Schedule an IRS Qualified Appraiser to walk your space. Their role is to document the fair market value of the property and it’s contents. They will charge a fee to provide the backup documentation required for contributions exceeding $5,000 on IRS form 8283.
